Become involved in the behind scenes
We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join the WINiT organizing committee for the remaining 2025–2026 season as well as the upcoming 2026–2027 season. WINiT is run by volunteers and we need your help to continue to create inspiring, meaningful experiences for women across our international community.

Membership
Be a friendly first point of contact, enrolling new members, answering questions and helping women feel instantly at home. You’ll play an active role at events, making connections and ensuring everyone feels included.
Events & Speaker Liaison
Help shape our programme by identifying and supporting inspiring speakers. You’ll work closely with the team to bring events to life, from planning and promotion to being there on the day and making sure everything runs smoothly.
Communications
We are looking for volunteers to help keep the WINiT community connected and growing! The comms team’s main role is to create and post events on our platform (Wix) and on our social media accounts as well as send emails about upcoming events and occasional newsletters. The comms team is also responsible for capturing special moments at our events and sharing among our members.
What to expect (the honest bit 😊):
We are looking for committed people. This is a volunteer role but it does come with real involvement. We host events once a month from September to June. Roles may require some additional coordination around events. It takes time, energy, and teamwork but it’s also incredibly rewarding. Don’t worry it is NOT a full time job!
