Hélène Ametepe is an experienced and versatile professional with a background in Customer Relationships Management (CRM), strategic planning and communication. For ten years, she has helped non-profit organisations achieve their fundraising goals through various and innovative strategies.

 

After a parental break and a transition in her professional path, she was eager to take on new inspiring projects. In 2024, she became a certified facilitator in Collective Intelligence and Corporate Sustainable Responsibility (CSR) Strategies with a focus on sustainable food, diversity and inclusion, work-life balance, and health.

 

In 2025, she launched her new business, Mei.Mei, which aims to support not-for-profit organizations with the step-by-step implementation of responsible practices through tailor-made, affordable support, facilitation tactics and attainable objectives.

This workshop explored how moving beyond a “one-size-fits-all” mindset can foster respect, balance, and genuine inclusion. Through shared stories, reflection, and collaborative activities, participants discovered practical and inspiring ways to create environments where everyone can thrive.
