About The Event
The evening will be a Pot Luck at Froukje's beautiful Pilates studio. Bring your favorite nibbles and/or wine. Froukje also has a stove top if anything needs to be warmed up.
More information about the ladies:
Froukje Walther La Maison was born in Holland and has been “Toulousaine” since 2002.
She graduated from National Dance Conservatory of Rotterdam and worked as a dancer before coming to France. Wanting to improve her body knowledge, she decided to
study the Romana’s/true pilates education program in Scheveningen (Holland) and graduated in
2006. Upon graduating, she created the Pilates Studio in Toulouse. The human body, and the different primal connections between body and mind are the things that inspire her.
