Sarah Weldon will present some of CEA Tech’s current projects involving Visual Technologies and their impact on transportation, healthcare, security and business intelligence.

Sarah Weldon spearheads business development in Occitanie for CEA Tech, a technology R&D institute with 4,500 researchers, encompassing 150 specialized laboratories. CEA Tech filed nearly 600 patents in 2018, partnering with companies in collaborative innovation to boost their global competitiveness. Current projects focus on urban mobility, renewable energy, IoT, robotics, energy storage, augmented reality, virtual reality, and AI applications . Prior to CEA Tech, Sarah held many senior roles in business development, strategy and marketing for various technology companies. She holds an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA, and a Bachelor of Science from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.
