As the first female Chief Financial Officer of a large IT delivery centre, Phyllis embraced various challenges and transformed herself from a seasoned finance professional to a trusted finance partner to the business.

 

Phyllis is an accomplished finance leader with extensive experience in corporate finance, risk and compliance, and business transformation. Having held various senior leadership positions in IBM, she is motivated by being a change agent and making positive impacts on business results and people around her.

 

Having worked and lived in three Continents, Phyllis is sensitive to multi-cultural environments and is passionate about women's development and inclusion initiatives.

 

Phyllis lives in Toulouse France with her husband and two cats. In her leisure time, she enjoys photography, yoga, sudoku, wine tasting and outdoor activities.
